JPP Incentives
I am definitely suffering from ‘blogger’s block’; I’ve got all the symptoms – furrowed brow, tapping fingers, sighing a lot, caffeine high, erasing 3 words for every 4 written, desire for a very large, cold and preferably alcoholic drink.
Apparently the cure is a) hand in notice, b) go for a VERY long walk, c) find a beach, d) sail round the world. The problem with the cure is of course a)money b) money c) money, d) money and seasickness.
I obviously need an incentive.
We have lots of incentive business gifts on our website (which is being updated all the time) logobugs, mouse mats, printed pens, printed mugs, baseball caps, stress balls, lanyards, ring binders and folders and paper products of all kinds including Sticky notes, block pads, mouse mates and many more. Amongst all of these products we have a range of eco friendly and recycled goods. I have written about these before and shall continue to do so as climate change is going to be in the news more and more often and I have grandchildren to worry about. I picked up these facts the other day about paper products from one of our paper suppliers. Apparently for every 1 tonne of paper produced from raw wood pulp 17 mature trees are needed. Production of 1 tonne of recycled paper saves 17 trees but also uses 64% less energy – (less CO2 emissions = less global warming), 50% less water (–we are in the middle of a long dry summer), and produces 74% less air pollution – back to the CO2 again. Yes, I know that recycled paper is not quite as white and shiny as the new stuff, (although it is much better than it used to be) but it is only going to be written on, torn up, binned, used for paper aeroplanes, so why not help to save the planet? Poor old Gaia could do with a bit of help from her most rapacious inhabitants.
