What is a USB flash drive?

USB 2.0 has a faster rate of file transfer than USB1.0 but this is also dependent on USB port speeds.
Not all USB flash drives are suitable for printing. Many drives are finished with a layer of rubber over the plastic housing and these cannot be printed.
Plastic or aluminium drives are print friendly but the circuitry inside the drive has a maximum temperature to which it can be exposed.
There is no doubt that USB flash drives are one of the biggest selling promotional products this year so it is important to know what we are talking about.
